I want to convey three important things – the under-rated significance of hard work, the importance of measured risk taking and focusing on the big picture. Consistently work hard but shirking away won’t help. To achieve new heights, get out of your comfort zone and make a tough decision. The word risk is not all bad and taking measured risk is necessary to go ahead in life, never lose sight of the big picture. A right decision will determine the 50 years ahead in life.
